In 2012, co-founders Michael Grant and Sarah Okonkwo watched too many friends and family get burned by opaque real estate transactions — hidden fees, misaligned incentives, and agents who disappeared after closing. They decided to build something different.
EstateHub launched with three agents in Los Angeles. Within two years, we had expanded to 12 cities. Today, we operate in 48 markets with over 340 agents who share one philosophy: your success is our success.
